Electrical Production Technician

Industry: Manufacturing

Location: Cowes, Isle of Wight

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Days: Monday - Friday

Duration: Permanent

Duties:

Working with a variety of products including strain gauges and systems, container weighing systems and electronic systems, duties will include:
Electrical and mechanical assembly,
Soldering a variety of products,
Assisting in end product assemblies
Electrical and fixed wire testing,
General electrical maintenance.
Working to technical specifications, quality standards, electrical regulations and health and safety.

Experience:

Must have previous experience as an Electrician or electricians mate (industrial and marine candidates also considered),
Electrical or mechanical qualifications are preferred but not essential,
Must have a good level of computer literacy and be able to pick up new systems,
Load monitoring experience is an advantage,
Must be flexible with working hours.
