I have a 4 bedroom house with a self contained ground floor studio. I will be live in landlady in one bedroom but the other three rooms and studio are up for grabs. The cheapest room is a BOX room so very tiny but is ok for a single bed and wardrobe but not much else!

House is NOT in great condition as I am rubbish at house maintenance!!

So would suit someone who is less bothered or is happy to address little things themselves that do bother them.

Communal areas x1 shared bathroom (except studio which has its own) x1 small snug/tv room x1 Kitchen/diner good size back garden and patio

Rooms are mostly unfurnished. I have got some bits, not a lot... but please ask if needed.

All bills included except gas and electric.

Short term let only, although this can be ongoing indefinitely.
