Quality Assurance Engineer - Wallingford, South Oxfordshire.

Are you a Quality Assurance Engineer looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading manufacturing company located in Wallingford, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their team. As an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating the company's Quality Assurance database, ensuring the timely resolution of all quality-related non-conformities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve targets. You will be responsible for conducting goods inwards Quality Control, monitoring and maintaining the goods inwards QA inspection process, and facilitating supplier development activities. You will also be involved in providing information for quarterly reports on QA performance and feedback of quality data to production teams.

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of three years of previous experience in a similar Quality Assurance role within a fast-moving production environment. Professional qualifications and a good standard of general education will be advantageous. You should also be computer literate in MS Office and Adobe software, as well as SAP, and have experience with QMS procedures and reading engineering drawings.

As a candidate, you should possess strong problem-solving skills, be a good communicator, and have a can-do attitude. You should also be highly organized, able to prioritise work effectively, and have a good work ethic.
