We are looking for experienced Support Workers to work within Supported Housing for the homeless, working as part of a great team making a change to someone's life. You will be working with adults who may be recovering from alcohol and other substance misuse, so being empathetic, patient and encouraging are extremely important personal attributes.

The role will include:

* Supporting the residents within the home environment.

* Aiding in their recovery and providing help.

* Communicating with residents and your team.

* Working as part of a team with your colleagues.

* Provide emotional and physical support to families.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

* Experience within Support Work and/or housing.

* Empathetic attitude and a genuine passion to help people.

* Excellent communication both written and verbally.

* Team worker skills and ability to problem solve.

* Mandatory trainings.

* An Enhanced DBS certificate.

* Ability to travel.
