A fast paced, well-established Construction & Property Consultancy is looking to add an independent, client-facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to their expanding Leeds office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a new office of 15 working within a growing QS team of 8, in a hands-on capacity running projects from inception to completion, potentially responsible for a couple junior team members.

With no shortage of exciting projects to get involved in, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will benefit from a highly varied and interesting workload such as industrial, leisure, health, education, residential (both social and developer), office fit-out and listed building/conservation.

This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor who feels they're ready for a step up to Senior QS to reflect their current responsibilities and abilities. Or, an established Senior QS eager for greater project variety and long term progression to Associate and beyond this, Partner.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
Strong QS background within a UK Consultancy
Employers Agent / Project Management experience is ideal
Strong Pre & Post Contract experience
MRICS or currently working towards & in need of a final push

£50,000 - £65,000 (on experience)
