The price includes the transfer fee to the new owner, which is £256.00 and this Timeshare is called Chapel Stile 4, which is a one bedroom Flat connected to the Wainwright's Pub, on the edge of the Langdale private Estate. It also has a Sofa Bed in the Lounge, so could be used by 4 people.

As you will see from the pictures, the flat was refurbished in 2018 and is like a 5 Star Hotel, and there is a Sauna and Steam Room within the Chapel Stile complex of 8 apartments.

You need to be aware that you are buying the Lease on the Timeshare for ONE WEEK for the 41 Years, but as the new Owner, you are responsible for the Yearly fee for your weeks stay, which is approximately £600 per year at the moment. Not bad for a luxurious 1 week stay in the Lake District !
