Job Description

Turning on a variety of different metals and materials for a range of specialist products
Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T
Machining to tight tolerances
Has a logical approach to problem solving
Working alongside design engineers to suggest and make improvements to the design processes
Maintaining high standards of documentation

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Proven experience of operating, setting and online programming of CNC Turning machines
Experienced in using Siemens Sinumerik control systems
Knowledge and experience working to AS9001 & ISO9001 standards
Previous experience working within a Precision Manufacturing environment, preferably Automotive or Aerospace
Experienced using Mill-Turn machines would be desirable
