SC Cleared 1st Line Support

Location: Bristol - 5 days per week onsite

Duration: 6 months+

Rate: £15ph - £18ph

Our client requires a 1st Line Support or IT Support Analyst to work onsite at the MOD in Bristol.

The successful candidate must have current security clearance (SC) and ideally a background in 1st Line Support and have excellent customer skills and ability to work well in a team.

Skills and experience required:

* Processing support tickets with internal and external teams

* Experience supporting peripheral devices, hardware etc.

* Joiners/leavers account creation/deletion.

* Troubleshoot hardware issues.

* Both remote and face to face support.

* AV equipment.

* Printers support.

* Basic networking, Wi-Fi and LAN.

Due to the nature and urgency of the role, we require active SC clearance. Please familiarise yourself with the vetting process before applying
