About Us:
Strive and Succeed is a unique provider that takes an innovative approach to working with vulnerable children and families who have experienced trauma. We believe in compassion, peace, unity, and oneness, striving to create a thriving atmosphere that nurtures emotional and behavioural needs.
Essential Criteria for Prospective Senior Therapeutic Support Workers:
· Hold a Level 3 Children & Young Peoples Workforce Diploma with social care pathway OR Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare
· Minimum 1 year of experience in a Residential Children's Care Setting
· Full UK Driving Licence
· Undertake all necessary onboarding checks, including a DBS
· Work in partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of young people
· Work a 37.5 hour weekly contract and 2 sleep ins per week (paid at £50 per night)

* working with children in a residential care setting: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
