Essential Criteria for Prospective Therapeutic Support Workers
* You MUST already hold a Level 3 for Residential Childcare or Level 3 in Health and Social Care
* Have a minimum of 1 years experience of working with young people in a Residential or Semi-Independence provision
* Hold a full UK Driving Licence
* Undertake all necessary onboarding checks to include a DBS
* Work in partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of young people

Schedule:
* 12 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
* Night shift
* Weekends
Experience:
* working with children in a residential care setting: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
* Driving Licence (required)
* Level 3 Health and Social Care or Equivalent (required)
Work Location: In person
