Offer Eligibility: This "One Week Rent Free Apartment Rentals Offer" is valid for new tenants only. To be eligible for this offer, you must sign a minimum 6-month tenancy agreement for one of our apartments.
Offer Period: This offer is a limited-time promotion and is only applicable to tenants who move in before the 25th of December.
Ineligibility: This offer cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions. It is not transferable to other tenants, and only one tenant per apartment can benefit from this offer.
Offer Mechanics: The one week of free rent will be applied by deducting the equivalent amount from the last month of your tenancy agreement. This means that, if you qualify for the offer and stay for the entire 6-month tenancy period, you will receive one week of rent-free living in your last month.
Qualifying Tenancies: Only tenancies with a minimum duration of 6 months are eligible for this offer. Shorter tenancies, sublets, or any tenancy extensions that fall below the 6-month threshold will not qualify for the one week free rent.
Apartment Availability: Availability for this offer is subject to apartment availability. We reserve the right to limit the number of apartments available for this promotion, and it is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Application Process: To apply for this offer, please mention your interest in the "One Week Free on 6-Month Apartment Rentals Offer" when you contact our leasing office. The offer will be incorporated into your tenancy agreement upon approval.
Term Renewal: Should you choose to renew your tenancy agreement after the initial 6 months, the offer does not carry over to the renewed term. The one-week free rent is a one-time incentive for new tenants.
Termination or Cancellation: If you terminate your tenancy agreement early, the one-week free rent offer will be void, and you will not receive any compensation for the free week.

About the building
The communal areas of The Kell have been designed in collaboration with Fettle. The London-la design studio is behind some of the world’s best-loved hospitality spaces, from Moncks of Dover Street to Hoxton hotels in Rome and Portland. You’ll find that same design flair in every detail of The Kell, from the bespoke joinery that frames personal parcel lockers to the pattern of terrazzo tiles underfoot.
A sun-lit sitting room on the first floor is a versatile space for residents to work, retreat or catch up over cocktails after-hours. Pull up a pew at one of the central tables and you’ll find plug sockets just where you want them, plus comfortable curved-back chairs for when you need to stay put for a few hours. A layered approach to lighting, which blends Gubi pendants, floor and table lamps, is one of our best tricks, so you’ll be just as happy settling in for a session with a good book as a laptop. In the same spirit, an eclectic mix of armchairs and sink-in sofas upholstered in mohairs and velvets have been custom designed for The Kell.
For swift refreshment there’s a handy kitchenette with bespoke heritage green cabinetry, marble worktops and a Buster and Punch tap. A picture shelf running the length of the room showcases an edit of works by some of the most exciting British artists working today, all hand-picked by our curator.
Also on this level is a vast landscaped garden overlooking the marina, with precisely placed trees and borders to screen picnic and lounging areas. For a unique perspective on the local area, the residents’ only roof terrace on the eighth floor promises panoramic views across the water and Lower Lines Park.
About the area
The Kell sits at the heart of a new waterside community at Chatham Docks. This historic corner of Kent has a unique shipbuilding heritage, but beyond the warships and old military barracks is a buzzy network of connected towns, each with a distinct identity. Follow the curve of the River Medway round to Rochester with its towering cathedral, catch a match at Gillingham Football Club or practice your breaststroke at one of Britain’s oldest lidos, a short stroll from The Kell.
Runners should make swift progress towards the 250-acre Riverside Country Park or trace the cannon bastions at Great Lines Heritage Park. Across the basins, quiet St Mary’s Island offers a riverfront loop for cyclists or committed walkers.
Top transport links will deliver you to King’s Cross St Pancras and London Victoria within the hour, while the beach beckons in the other direction.
