Oxford - £25,000-£26,000 per annum

Night shift start times:

Saturday 22:00, Sunday 23:00, Monday 22:00, Tuesday 22:00, Wednesday 22:00

New roles following a restructure/review process, start date ASAP

Forklift license is a mandatory requirement for the role and the business will fund all training required

About the role

Our Warehouse teams are the heartbeat of the company. To ensure our warehouse departments run smooth, our Team Leaders play a key part in ensuring accuracy, efficiency and productivity across their departments and warehouses.

As our Operations Team Leader youll be responsible for planning and resourcing the warehouse operation to ensure pack accuracy of our products and efficient management products to the department. You will supervise the Warehouse Operatives, providing training, coaching and working with Management teams to identify training needs as well as potential risks in our operation. You will also ensure that a high level of health and safety, compliance with company policy and transport legislation is adhered to at all times.

About you

Although a track record in warehouse management would be desirable, people management experience gained in other sectors would be considered. Youll ideally have:

* Experience of working in a fast paced environment, preferably from a 24/7 logistics, warehouse, FMCG or similar industry background

* Experience managing a large operation and the ability to liaise at all levels

* Outstanding communication skills and the credibility to effectively build relationships with all team members and management

* Experience of planning and effectively executing a warehouse operation. Dealing with all issues and challenges as they arise
