Position Overview: As a full-time SEN TA, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students facing behavioural challenges. Working closely with classroom educators, the SEN TA will lead the implementation of engaging and immersive lessons while facilitating plans tailored to meet the individual needs of students. Patience, empathy, and dedication are essential in providing the necessary support to keep students focused, assist with emotional regulation, and create a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborating seamlessly with classroom educators to deliver targeted support for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students with challenging behaviours.
