My client is searching for a Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor to join their Thanet, Kent offices.
My client will consider applications from individuals who wish to work on a full or part-time basis. Working from home is often effective and they believe in its benefits, so they have a permanent and occasional working-from-home policy. You would be welcome to propose up to 40% home working.
Key Duties
Buying and selling residential property
Reviewing and drafting terms and conditions
Reviewing and drafting asset purchase agreements and share purchase agreements
Drafting and reviewing shareholders' agreements and partnership agreements
Dealing with companies house formalities
Working and recent knowledge of the Companies Act
The successful applicant must have:
1+ years PQE in Residential Property
Ability to work unsupervised, efficiently, and with great attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be able to provide courteous, prompt, and impressive service to clients.
Experience in a broad range of residential matters.
IT proficient with good knowledge of MS Office packages and case management systems.
Commercial and financial awareness.
Preferable if based locally with some client following.
