ROOMS 3 & 4 - (Own bathroom with one double bed and 4 single beds and 1 single guest folding bed in both rooms) must be rented together. Both rooms sleep up to 6 people. £220 per week
ROOM 1 has 2 single bunk beds and 1 single bed. It sleeps up to 3 people and has an en suite bathroom. £160 per week for up to 3 people including breakfasts.
ROOM 2 has a double bunk bed on the bottom and a single bunk bed on top. It sleeps up to 3 people and has an en suite bathroom. £160 per week for up to 3 people including breakfasts.
ROOM 8 has a double bed plus a single bed. It sleeps up to 3 people and has an en suite bathroom. £160 per week for up to 3 people including breakfasts.
All other rooms are double en suite rooms ; £140 pw for 2 people inc breakfasts.
The Hotel is a 2 minute walk to the beach, tram stop and bus stops
Employment reference required and ID, plus a refundable £195 damage deposit is required. Rooms are paid for weekly but first week requires 2 weeks in advance and the 2nd week's payment is refunded after check out as long as guest gives 1 week's notice when wanting to check out.

ABOUT THE SHAFTESBURY HOTEL, BLACKPOOL
Located close to the Blackpool Beach and promenade, Shaftesbury Hotel Blackpool is an award winning hotel that offers beachfront accommodation and features an elegant, intimate and contemporary setting. Our rooms have En Suite Bathroom (power shower), desk & chair, widescreen HD Freeview TV, free wi-fi, fan, cetral heating, shared fully equipped kitchen with dining table + 4 chairs, microwave, fridge freezer, oven & hob, washing machine (£2 per wash inc non bio tab, iron, board + drying stand also available), cupboards, pots and pans, crockery cutlery and sink, plus Tea & Coffee facilities in the rooms.
We have a Baby Cot at £3 per night and a Z Bed (folding chair bed - 5ft 6ins long, best for kids or adults shorter than 5'6, not suitable for smaller rooms) available for £10 per night. A shower stool is available at no extra charge as well as a baby high chair.
You can park for free anytime along most of Shaftesbury Avenue, just find a space close to our front door, which is always fairly easy. It would be appreciated if you'd park at least 50 metres from our door to consider our neighbours and their parking spaces.
The Management live at the hotel and endeavour to make guests feel at home too, being available from morning until evening should you require anything. Guests are welcome to come in and go out whenever they like using their front door key. All we ask is that guests be as quiet as possible after 10pm and early in the morning in consideration of both their fellow guests and the owners when they are sleeping.

We've modernised the layout of the building, put in new wiring, plumbing, central heating, a security system including cameras to protect the front and rear of the property and a fire alarm system, and all new carpets and furniture including new beds with memory foam and pocket spring mattresses.
The hotel is set 1.6 miles from North Pier, 1.7 miles from Blackpool Winter Gardens Theatre and 1.7 miles from Blackpool Tower. The accommodation also offers free WiFi throughout the Hotel.
All the bedrooms are on the first & second floors, and as we don't have a lift, all guests will have to climb the stairs.
Guests at the accommodation will be able to enjoy activities in and around Blackpool, like hiking, cycling and fishing. Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Waterpark, Coral Island/Winter Gardens are 2 miles away.
