Prospero Teaching are working with multiple schools in the Batley area, We are looking for several Educational Teaching Assistants who can work across the Batley and Dewsbury area in Primary schools.

To be successful in this role you will need:

Experience working with Primary students to support their education.
A level 3 qualification or equivalent experience
The ability to bond and form working relationships with staff or students
Resilience, and the ability to work across multiple year groupsThe role will entail:

Working in tandem with the class teacher to make sure students are achieving the best that they can leading intervention session for small groups or individual students.
Enforcing the classroom behaviour policy
Ensuring a safe and positive working environment for all students.
