Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of 8 design professionals to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.

* Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.

* Oversee the development and execution of design projects, from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgetary constraints, and project timelines.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or relevant experience in a related field preferred.

* Proven experience in machinery manufacturing, with a strong background in mechanical design, particularly special purpose machinery.
