The Property

Tudor Cottage is located in the heart of the popular village of Bredon's Norton and within a conservation area. It's a small village with a beautiful church and village hall, situated on the edge of the Cotswolds and the western flank of Bredon Hill, as well as close to the scenic Vale of Evesham and the Cotswolds.
The nearby village of Bredon has a village shop and post office, church, two pubs, village hall, doctor's surgery and an excellent primary school (ofsted 'outstanding' rating).
The historic riverside towns of Tewkesbury and Pershore offer a more comprehensive range of everyday amenities, whilst the Regency spa town of Cheltenham has more facilities and excellent shopping.
The area has some excellent schools: Cheltenham Ladies College, Cheltenham College and Dean Close, The King's School and Royal Grammar School in Worcester and in Malvern, Malvern College and Malvern St James Girls School. A school bus runs from the village to Prince Henry's High School, Evesham.
There are excellent transport links to the larger centres of Birmingham and Bristol via the M5 (J9) and South Wales via the M50. There are mainline railway stations at Ashchurch, Pershore and Evesham.
