Position Overview: As a full-time KS1 Teaching Assistant, the successful candidate will work in small groups of children with similar abilities, providing targeted interventions and group work sessions. Collaborating closely with the head of the classroom, you will support the implementation of tailored plans to meet the diverse needs of students. Your role will involve facilitating engaging and immersive lessons to support children through their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to the head of the classroom in delivering interventions and group work sessions for Key Stage 1 students.
* Work with small groups of children with similar abilities, delivering targeted interventions to address their specific needs.
* Facilitate engaging and immersive lessons that cater to the diverse learning styles of students.
* Support children in overcoming challenges with school work, fostering confidence and academic progress.

Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting, preferably within Key Stage 1.
