The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will become an integral part of a versatile consultancy firm, contributing to the success of property and construction ventures both in the UK and globally.

The new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will engage in a broad spectrum of projects spanning Residential, Industrial, Commercial, and Heritage sectors. Collaborating with a diverse clientele and a specialised team of friendly and enthusiastic quantity surveyors, they will benefit from the company's comprehensive in-house training program. The company has a stellar track record of guiding individuals through their APC process.

Key responsibilities include generating pre and post-contract cost reports, conducting estimations, evaluating tenders, assembling tender documents, and finalizing agreements for project accounts.
