VW Passat b5.5 Estate 130PD six speed, not many of these running anymore. I've owned the car since 2009 (previously through a business, and then personally). Had a new clutch and flywheel about six years ago. The cams were replaced at around 200,000 miles (this is a job all high mileage engines of this type require) so the engine should be good for another 100k at least. Oil changes/service always done on time. The turbo and gearbox are also perfect. The car was remapped to 170hp over 10 years ago and has caused no problems; It drives very well, goes like a train... Externally it's showing its age. The front wheel arches were filled and painted when I bought the car (these rusted on b5 Passats from new) but are now in need of attention again. Aircon is fitted but is without gas. Has some fairly modern features - all electric windows, heated wing mirrors, traction control. Projector headlights upgraded to HID when I bought the car, though only of the same brightness as the original halogens so no MOT trouble, just means the bulbs last a lot longer. Inside the seat fabric is fully intact and it has new floor mats. Front seats have lumbar support. Tonnes of space in the boot especially compared with a lot of modern estates. Spare tyre under boot floor. No stereo will be fitted but has space for a single din stereo and an aftermarket parts tray is fitted (in lieu of a double din stereo). Only one key as the other was lost years ago. Ideal for someone looking for a cheap utility vehicle or wishing to use the engine in another vehicle.
