During my visit this week I was greeted by the welcoming staff whom went both above and beyond to meet my needs. They valued both my expectations and requirements. As well as behaving very professional throughout my experience. What stood out the most was that I didn’t feel pushed or pressured into buying any of the vehicles and felt as though the staff were both very open and honest with regards to my questions about each particular vehicle. Craig is a typical humble salesman, who is genuine and quick witted which allowed me to feel at ease and comfortable within the surroundings. Making shopping more relaxing and easy. The premises are also very easy to find, located well and parking is available. Overall a five star experience.

We found the experience of buying a car from Craig at Carmakeover excellent. He sorted things out without hesitation and went beyond what we could have expected from a used car company. His customer service is brilliant, from getting the car serviced and prepared, organising the warranty and road fund licence and carrying out the delivery. Our experience is that he is trustworthy and reliable.
