Position Overview: As the head of the EYFS classroom, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and immersive lessons for young learners. They will facilitate plans and support children through fun and interactive activities tailored to their individual needs. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on children's early educational experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the EYFS classroom, creating a welcoming and inclusive learning environment for young learners.
* Develop and implement creative lesson plans that promote holistic development across all areas of learning.
* Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through hands-on activities and play-based learning.
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure each child receives personalized support and guidance.
* Foster a love for learning and exploration in young children, encouraging curiosity and confidence in their abilities.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience working in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Proven ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for young children.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting young learners as they navigate their early educational journey.
