Role Overview: As the head of the KS2 classroom, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and supportive learning environments for students. Responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues, implementing tailored learning plans, fostering inclusive atmospheres, and building strong partnerships with parents and guardians.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the KS2 classroom, facilitating immersive and stimulating lessons to support student learning and development.
* Collaborate seamlessly with fellow educators to deliver targeted support for students with special educational needs.
* Implement dynamic teaching methodologies to address the unique needs of each child, ensuring their social and emotional well-being.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
