My client is a small and established Bank based in Birmingham City Centre. Due to the continued growth of the business they are currently recruiting for an Operational Resilience Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Risk and Controls your main responsibilities will include;

* Review and enhance the existing Operational Resilience Self-Assessment document

* Design and implement Operational Resilience standards

* Ensure the bank meets ongoing Regulatory commitments by embedding an Operational Resilience framework

* Working with key stakeholders around the business as SME, lead activities and discussions around Operational Resilience

* Design and implement Operational Resilience Reporting & MI

* Work with key stakeholders across the bank acting as the SME on Operational Resilience

* Collaborate with the 2nd line Operational Risk Team to ensure appropriate oversight

* Manage the Banks Business Continuity Plan

You will be an Operational Resilience or Business Continuity professional with experience of scenario planning and reporting. Experience within the Banking Sector is desirable although not essential. My client offers a competitive salary and benefits package and scope to work in a hybrid capacity
