5 mins walk to old town and 5 mins walk to beach. Train station around 10 minutes walk.
The house is perfect for a small family that want a nice little starter home.
House is available now and comes unfurnished. Although there will be some things there such as fridge, washing machine, sofa etc if you want to use them.
One month deposit upfront and one month rent upfront. Bills NOT included

7) Why do you want to live in Margate? Sorry to ask but Margate is a great place in summer but it's very different in Winter.
