Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join Wakefield Council's Educational Needs and Review Team on an initial 3-month temporary contract based in Normanton. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* To provide a comprehensive range of administrative duties to support the Special Educational Needs Assessment and Review Team (SENART)
* To provide an efficient service using an electronic document management system
* To ensure a good foundation of specialist administrative support for the Special Educational Needs statutory processes
* Working in an administrative/office environment undertaking a variety of tasks
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in the use of software packages including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and adobe to produce documents, letters and reports
* Extensive experience of using databases and Document Management Systems (DMS) to ensure effective record keeping and production of documentation.
* Experience of maintaining confidential records.
* Organising and minuting meetings
