This is an amazing opportunity for a PA to join an outstanding boutique Financial firm in their stunning Mayfair offices. You will be joining a dynamic, ambitious and friendly young team where you will be supporting the CEO on a 1:1 PA basis as well as forming part of a small close knit senior operations team.
As Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner, your days will never be the same as you; manage an ever changing global diary, organise complex international travel, format documents, provide personal support and assist this charismatic CEO with all aspects of their life. You will ideally have previous experience supporting a C-Suite individual or Partner level Exec, ideally but not essentially within a similar industry.
We are looking for an PA who is highly polished, extremely commercial in their approach and a genuine career PA with exceptional relationship building skills. You will be excited by the opportunity to join this winning team and support at senior level, have strong IT skills and excellent communications capabilities and be fanatically organised.
Organise & maintain a complex, fast paced schedule pre-empting conflicts and always being mindful of strategic goals
• Manage the CEO’s inbox to ensure speed of response and brand management at all times
• Organise complex itineraries, travel and all associated logistics for seamless end to end business and private trips
• Assist with presentations and preparing papers for meetings
• Liaise with clients, staff, family and suppliers ensuring a seamless flow of communications
• Assist with events, IT, Cultural enhancement, HR, onboarding and all other operations tasks
