Building Surveyors Graduate to Chartered (All levels) South East & Midlands - £30-70k

Were working with one of the largest Asset Managers in Europe, whose UK portfolio spreads nationwide and comprises a diverse mix of leasehold, freehold and mixed use estates, including larger, prestigious new builds.

Within their in-house Building Surveying team, they are now looking to appoint additional Surveyors at all levels as follows:

- Graduate to FRICS, including MCIOB and SAVA

- Project and Professional backgrounds considered

- Exposure to (or some understanding of / an interest in) H&S, Fire Risk and EWS1s

- Desire to progress career in a predominantly residential environment, dealing with all aspects of projects alongside professional matters such as Surveys/Dilapidations

- Positions available across the South East and M5 Corridor with remote working offered as standard

- Full support and funding for professional qualification, with ongoing professional fees paid once qualified.

Suitable Surveyors can expect a highly competitive salary based on qualification/experience (£30-70k basic plus extensive benefits) alongside a structured career path providing excellent long term professional development.
