Salary: Base Salary £50,000 with bonuses for ensuring your team performs and hits targets. On-target earnings of £80,000 if targets are met, plus additional bonuses.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Birmingham. As the IT Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our IT Managed services and solutions in the corporate sector. You will be responsible for both the technical and sales aspects of the role.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and market penetration.
* Collaborate with the technical team to understand and communicate the technical aspects of our IT solutions effectively.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying their IT needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Monitor and analyse sales performance data, making data-driven decisions to improve sales processes and outcomes.
* Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
* Ensure that all team members are aligned with company goals and values.

Qualifications:

* Technical background with a strong understanding of IT Managed services and solutions.
* Proven experience in sales management and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to perform at their best.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Previous experience in the corporate sector is a plus.

Location: The role will be primarily office-based in Birmingham.
Salary and Benefits: £50,000 - Bonuses based on team performance and target achievement. On-target earnings: £80,000 (if all targets are met)
