Job Title: Marketing and Business Development Manager
Salary: up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
Location: St Albans / Hybrid after probation period
Contract: 6-9months fixed term contract
Hours: 9.00 am to 5.15 pm (1 hour lunch)

Are you an experienced Marketing and BD Manager looking for a new and exciting opportunity working for a large corporate organisation in the heart of St Albans.
The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to drive a range of business development and CRM activities for managing the ongoing growth of the brand and support the clients marketing activities.

SKILLS REQUIRED

* 5 years experience in a B2B Marketing Manager role

* Experience within a professional service

* Previous experience managing projects and budgets

* Used to working with Stakeholders

* CIM or a graduated in a marketing related area

* Understanding of Desktop publishing such as InDesign and Photoshop

* Working with external agencies including PR

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Working with all departments to develop and implement marketing and BD plans

* Developing Social media channels

* Identifying improvements on the website, and identifying improvements and working with suppliers to implement the improvements including SEO and PPC

* End to end management of marketing projects regarding collateral, events and seminars

* Brand management

* Creating responses to tender /pitch documentation

* Working with the design agencies

* Help and execute events hosted or sponsored by the client
