Venatu Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for our client, a well known distribution company based in central Bradford.

This varied and interesting role includes the following duties;

* Allocating workload within the Warehouse Team

* Stock control & management

* Goods in & completion of relevant paperwork

* Ensuring the warehouse is maintained in an orderly fashion

* Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high

* Storage allocation

* Picking and managing the teams pick performance

* Ensuring the team follows the company H & S policy at all times.

* Training & development of staff

* Follow relevant HR policies including appraisals and disciplinaries

* Damage reduction

* Relaying management information to the team

Candidate requirements as follows;

Requirements:

* Proven working experience as a warehouse TL.

* Health & Safety focused.

* Familiarity with modern warehousing practises and methods.

* Good organisational and time management skills.

* Ability to lift heavy items.

* Flexibility towards working patterns.

* Current MHE licenses.

Working hours -Rotating shifts, Mon-Friday 06.00-14.30 & 13.30-22.00

The role includes annual bonus scheme.
