Trainer and Facilitator
The Purpose
We are recruiting for a new Trainer and Facilitator to join our amazing team. This role will play a key part in our continued growth strategy by developing our client base, designing, and delivering an array of high-quality training interventions related to HR, management development and employment law.
The role
The Trainer and Facilitator will provide a diverse training offering, both in-person and virtually, covering a wide range of HR, management and employment law topics for individuals at all levels of seniority. Our most popular courses include performance management, managing sickness, disciplinary and grievance handling, recruitment best practices, diversity and inclusion, conflict resolution, and wellbeing in the workplace.
You will also design, customise, and lead bespoke management and leadership development programmes. You will forge strong relationships with clients, engage positively with decision-makers and delegates and collaborate closely with colleagues in our Training, employment law and HR Consultancy teams and other pertinent stakeholders. This collaboration involves sharing insights and expertise to continually enhance the effectiveness of our OD and Training initiatives.
About you
For this position, you will need a proven background in managing and advising on various HR, management and employment law aspects such as disciplinary, grievances, performance, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, absence, and mental health. We are looking for a very experienced Trainer and Facilitator in HR and employment law, with a track record of designing and delivering engaging management training for diverse audiences across the not for profit and private sectors. Up-to-date knowledge of employment law, and HR best practice is crucial.
Practical expertise in using technological tools for training design and delivery is key, along with a solid grasp of the learning process and various learning styles. Excellent customer service and inclusive relationship-building skills with strong commercial awareness are all key attributes for success in this role.
Where youll be working
The role is home-based with travel within the UK Midlands/Northwest/North. You must be prepared to travel occasionally overnight.
The Package
This role attracts a salary of £43,0000 to £47,000 per annum (depending on experience) and an attractive company benefits package including:
