Bond Recruit Ltd are looking for a trainee recruitment consultant to join our office in Chandlers Ford, Southampton.

About The Role

You will spend the first couple of weeks undergoing training getting to grips with our internal system's learning the process's that we have & making sure you are comfortable picking up the phone & speaking with our candidates & clients. From there the majority of your time will be spent calling candidates to try & find those most suitable for the roles we have, you will do this by ringing through the data base on the system, as well as advertising on job boards & referrals.

All of what we do is construction based, so please bear that in mind.

The Ideal Candidate

You will ideally have recently finished at college or university or perhaps you've had a few jobs but are yet to find a company with the right culture but are now looking to make are career for yourself. You will be a confident & reliable individual that is not scared of a challenge & are ready to test yourselves. It would be great if you are competent with IT & are able to drive as we do site visits to our candidates & clients each week. Last but not least we want someone who is hungry to earn money, we are largely commission based.
