An Internal Recruitment Advisor is required for an internal recruitment and HR team. This internal recruitment role is a support role to the recruitment process for the candidates and the hiring managers. If you are a recruitment consultant with a qualification in HR, or a HR professional with a desire to specialise in recruitment, this could be the ideal role for you.
Working within the HR team, you will be the key contact and support for both the hiring managers and the candidates, making the process of recruiting as efficient as possible. You will manage the process from recruitment to supporting interview planning and competency frameworks, through to offer process and onboarding.
Key duties:
* Manage hiring managers recruitment needs, creating job descriptions and adverts, agreeing competency frameworks and plans of process
* Source and screen candidates, promoting the company and their values and benefits
* Support the hiring managers with the full recruitment process and allocate interviews.
* Preparing and supporting candidates for their interviews
* Supporting hiring managers with interview prep and training
* Managing pre-employment checks such as Right to Work checks
* Providing comprehensive feedback to candidates on their interviews
* Liaising for offers and acceptances
* Creating contracts and offer letters
* Attend meetings with colleagues and hiring managers to understand upcoming projects, requirements and operational news
* Manage an efficient, accurate and compliant ATS system
You will be :
* Passionate about the recruitment process and the delivery of great communications to all parties throughout the entire recruitment cycle
* Experienced in recruitment best practice procedures and ethical fair approach
* Experienced in a high volume recruitment or HR department
* Confident and experienced with competency based frameworks and interviews.
* Able to deliver training and guidance to colleagues at all levels for the best interview and recruitment results.
* Great at building relationships with people
* Experienced with ATS or databases and Microsoft Packages
* A driver with a full UK driving licence
