Salary: £24,000 + Bonus

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join a family-run company. The Role
Customer service is at the forefront of this role, booking in new and used motorcycles for servicing with additional products to be offered, through a customer focused approach is paramount to success. Responsibilities will include:

Ensuring agreed KPIs are met
Effectively up and cross selling to new and existing customers
Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction
Deal with customers in a professional manner
Maintain accurate records of servicing activities and opportunities in the CRM system
The Ideal Candidate
At this stage in your career, you will have at least 1-2 years of service advisor experience. It goes without saying that you will be service lead and keen on exceeding expectations. Youll be driven to achieve and enjoy working with people. Further to the above we are looking for someone who:

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
