Job Description
The Inside Sales Account Co-Ordinator plays a crucial role in the customer service and call centre industry. This position is responsible for managing and coordinating sales accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Job Duties:
Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
Required Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Education:
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional qualifications in Business Administration or related field are preferred.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role is essential. Experience in a call centre environment is advantageous.
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of sales processes and techniques
Understanding of CRM systems and sales software
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Sales or Customer Service
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
Working Conditions:
The Inside Sales Account Co-Ordinator will primarily work in an office environment. The role may require occasional weekend or evening work to accommodate customer needs
