Whats the job?

Join as a Regional Sales Manager, covering the South West.
Manage a team of Account Managers and BDM's.
your job is to grow the turnover in the region, while maintaining a positive team balance.
Youll have hiring responsibility and youll develop the ongoing growth strategy.
Youre supported by fantastic marketing, technical and operational teams.
You'll still be required to sell to key accounts in the region.

Experience needed?

Youll have extensive knowledge across water treatment and legionella control.
Its important that you can lead and manage a team.
Youll be working with sales reps to bring in new business as well as manage key accounts.
Experience managing engineers and technical staff is also a huge plus.
There are lots of large projects which youll need experience in dealing with.
Comfortable with travelling across the South West of England.
