Sterling Recruitment Services are now recruiting for an experienced Manufacturing Operative to join our clients large scale manufacturing facility on a permanent basis in Middlesbrough.

All candidates must have previous experience of working within a busy production and manufacturing environment, ideally within the food and drink industry and with a good understanding of health and safety procedures.

The successful person will be trained in all areas of production and gain a full understanding of the business from the ground up to help deliver and meet customer expectations.

Initial duties of the role will include but not be limited to:

* Working within a fast paced production facility

* Operating machines

* Labelling product.

* Making of boxes and packing product.

* Quality checking product.

* Following strict hygiene policies and procedures.

* Keeping the factory clean and tidy.

Applicants must be available to work 2 shifts on a rotational basis, consisting of the following:

* 6am-6pm, Monday to Thursday

* 6pm-6am, Monday to Wednesday
