Working 22.5 hours a week, you will support people with mental health needs to engage in their care plans within a specialist locked rehabilitation environment. You will support the service to equip service users with the skills required for community living and increased independence.
Under supervision, you will be responsible for planning and facilitating evidence-based group and individual programmes. You will create individual rapports with service users to empower recovery.

Your responsibilities
To provide comprehensive OT assessments.
Under the supervision, plan and review OT treatment programmes.
Under the supervision, identify and action referrals both in-house, including support staff, and to external agencies
Support the planning, evaluation, and audit of practices, clinical pathways and protocols at St Mary's Hospital.
To ensure that contemporaneous, written and electronic records and activity data are maintained following professional and services standards.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy.
State Registration (HPC).
Evidence of ability to research, plan, implement and evaluate a project for specific groups
Effective written/verbal communication skills
