A healthcare provider in London are looking to recruit an Interim Deputy HR Business Partner to support the HR department. This is a temporary position for the period of 3 months.
Main responsibilities of the role:
To provide ER /operational HR / organisational development services across resourcing, medical staffing, service redesign, workforce remodelling and change management;
Provide complex HR advice, support, job evaluation service, guidance, training and facilitation on a broad range of ER and other operational HR matters;
Undertake ER casework, including complex disciplinary, sickness, grievance and performance manage casework;
Support the HR Business Partners by providing relevant people-related intelligence from their Divisions, including exit interview and sickness absence data and themes from ER casework.
A successful candidate will have:
Level 7 CIPD qualification;
Strong employee relations background, within a healthcare provider.
