We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer of a fast-paced Logistics Client based in Coalville. This is a permanent demanding role requires an individual with exceptional communication and organisational skills.
Main duties will include:
You will be responsible for managing the COO's complex calendar scheduling and email account, as well as acting as Secretary to the Operations Board monthly meetings. This will include agenda planning, minute taking and following up on actions arising.
As PA to the COO, you will be the first point of contact for any queries from the COO's team. You will also be responsible for arranging and attending internal meetings, preparing documents and presentations, and researching topics as required.
The ideal candidate:
Ideally will have at least 3 years of experience as a PA at board level.
You must be able to multi-task and stay organised in a busy office setting and have the ability to think on your feet.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with a professional attitude and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
You should also be proficient with Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages.
