Destination Education is currently working with a co-educational secondary school and sixth form, located in Clacton-on-Sea. They are looking for a cover supervisor on a long term full time basis. The ideal cover supervisor will be a determined and experienced individual with excellent classroom management and ready for the next step in their career.

Role and requirements of the cover supervisor:

Manage behaviour effectively, liaising with Teaching Assistants and covering all lessons across key stages 3&4
Have experience covering a range of secondary based subjects across Key Stage 3 & Key Stage 4
Have a strong understanding of the UK curriculum
Be well organised with strong behaviour management
