Permanent Operations Investment Administrator:
A leading Accountancy/Finance company is looking for an experienced Operations Investment Administrator to join their team. If you have experience in Financial Services or Investment, this could be the perfect role for you. As a successful candidate, you must have a sound understanding of financial services, investment, admin, and investment operations.
Requirements:
The job holder is likely to be educated to A Level standard or equivalent. Experience gained in Financial Services in an Operations role (covering the activities listed under Main Activities). Understanding of the relevant FCA regulatory requirements and knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and systems would be needed.
Responsibilities:
Support investment decisions and provide administrative support to investment teams
Assisting clients in carrying out their investment transactions
Monitoring of investment funds and markets
Reconcile transactions and ensure the accuracy of records
Provide clients with information on investment strategy and performance
Ensure all regulatory and compliance obligations are met
The role is hybrid, in the Chichester office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Can work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
Full time 36.25 hours per week, 9:00am 5:15pm
