Quantity Surveyor - Project Controls

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project controls lead and teams to ensure projects adhere to company policies and procedures.
Report on commercial and construction risks to project controls lead.
Conduct monthly project reviews, ensuring compliance with group procedures.
Assist project teams with reporting, cost control, and risk management.
Keep key stakeholders informed about project risks and opportunities.
Review and provide feedback on project margin sign off files.
Support project teams in developing and managing Project Management Plans.
Identify and mitigate commercial risks proactively, outside regular review cycles.
Provide guidance to improve commercial reporting capabilities within the team.
Contribute to group reporting cycles and quarterly forecast activities.Essential Criteria:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Excel is essential; familiarity with Power BI and SAP is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
