Job Title: Factory Operative
Location: Ballymena
Duration: Temp to perm
Salary: £21'222.24( training salary)- £25'035.92( late shift salary)
Hours: 4.30pm -2.30am ( Mon to Thurs)

All successful candidates will start on day shift (7am-5pm Mon to Thurs) whilst completing training and then move onto the late shift (4.30pm-2.30am Mon to Thurs).

Training rate ( 2-3 weeks): £10.74 PAYE or £14.08 umbrella (whilst temping)

Late shift rate( after training complete): £12.67 PAYE or £16.61 Umbrella (whilst temping)

Our client based in Ballymena are looking for a number of Production Operatives to join their team, with immediate starts.

Key duties :

Manufacturing of parts specialising in the glass fibre area
Making moulds
Sanding down parts
Hand painting
Taking edges off moulds
Team PlayerExperience:

Experience of using various hand tools ( paint brushes, rollers, basic tooling)
Manufacturing or construction background advantageous
Ability to understand Work Manual Procedures
Comply with H&S procedurescandidates must be prepared to wear a face mask due to the strong smell of paint and sanding.
