Due to expansion, an opportunity for a sales and customer services administrator has arisen within our client's global organisation, based at their Corsham manufacturing site.
The role of the sales and customer services administrator is fundamental within the department and an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. You will be part of a vibrant and productive team performing an interesting variation of duties.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
To enter customer purchase orders into ERP system.
Liaise with the external sales team to clarify information and provide updates on orders.
Maintain contact with customers as and when appropriate.
To liaise with in-house departments, to ascertain lead times and stock levels.
Provide customers with order acknowledgements including lead times.
Customer account set up and management on ERP system.
To provide the customers with up-to-date open sales orders reports.
To allocate stock ready for despatch and to assist in the management of non-manufactured stock.
To organise couriers for the delivery of products.
Once deliveries have left, to create and send invoices in a timely fashion.
To manage customer repairs, testing of equipment and other services provided to the customers.
To manage customer returns and the raising of customer credits.
Computer literate and happy working with ERP systems/ Microsoft Office Product.The sales and customer services administrator role requires previous experience within a similar field such as client liaison, sales administration, customer services. We would be keen to hear from anyone who has a background within the manufacturing or engineering sector. Great attention to detail is also essential, as you will be working within a fast-paced environment. A French speaker would also be welcome, however not essential. A driven and can-do attitude is key, as you will be managing a variation of processes, critical to the daily production of the organisation.
