As a recruitment business, we currently represent one of our longstanding partners as they plan to expand their highly successful Building Surveying Team.

The main focus of this role is to identify graduate-level surveyors who have an aptitude and interest in developing their careers as Project Building Surveyors. Successful candidates will possess a good knowledge of contract administration, effective time management skills, highly proficient communication skills, delegation skills, and a passion for driving change within the built environment.

Projects in this field typically range in value from £10,000 to £2 million.

The successful candidate will receive a high level of training, mentorship, and career development opportunities to succeed and flourish in this role.

Key Requirements:

Hold a relevant RICS accredited Building Surveying Degree.
Have 18 months of relevant experience working within either a building surveying consultancy or a related industry.
Demonstrate an understanding of Contract Administration and Building Pathology.
Be motivated to help shape the future of tomorrow's schools, universities, hospitals, and public buildings.
Be ambitious with a desire to attain chartered status with one of the leading names within the surveying sector.
Hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
