We are delighted at Liberty Recruitment Group to be working with our client in finding them an amazing HR Manager. This is a business who really understands the importance of HR. This company is part of a global business and therefore you will be part of a wider HR function.
Reporting directly into a supportive and knowledgeable Head of HR, your main purpose will be to provide strategic and day-to-day leadership, to drive the businesss HR plans.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Being the lead for local compensation and benefits to include review of policies, gender pay gap reporting and analysis.
* Advising and coaching the HR team and managers on complex employee relations and providing training where required.
* Driving HR transformation and operational excellence, whilst developing relationships with key stakeholders in the business and HR community.
* Being the company lead on wellbeing initiatives and communications for the business.
* Identifying management and leadership development needs and implementing necessary training courses, coaching, etc.
As an individual you will have plenty of stakeholder management experience, have a transformational mindset, be able to influence and have a can-do attitude as this role is both operational and strategic. You will be passionate about people and HR as well as having commercial acumen.
Professionally qualified to CIPD Level 7 is desirable, but not essential.
This position is full time, permanent and hybrid. With 3 days in the office covering 2 sites on the outskirts of Portsmouth.
In return our client is paying up to £57,000 depending on experience, plus some fantastic company benefits.
