£38,000 + 25 days hol +BH

Your new company

* A globally recognised Facilities Management and Technical Services provider.

Your new role

* Working Monday Friday, 7am 4pm, working directly for a leading facilities management provider, on a large distribution depot in Bolton

* Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of electrical building services equipment

* General maintenance duties as and when required emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes

* Plumbing and fabric duties will also be a requirement

What you'll need to succeed

* We are keen to speak to Engineers who are electrically qualified

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
